  1. Stop by the gym during business hours

  2. Fill out a registration form (click here to download).

  3. Fill out a waiver form (click here to download).

  4. Pay annual registration fee of $30.00

  5. Place form and payment in lock box labeled Registraion forms.

NOTE: Monthly fee is due in full the first day of class.
