SENIOR LEVEL 5 CHEER TEAM
  • PRACTICE DAYS AND TIMES:
    Sundays 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Big Floor)
  • TUMBLING:
    Required to attend at least 1 tumbling class per week
  • FLEX CLASS:
    Flyers are required to attend at least one FLEX class per week
    (Mondays 7:30 - 8:00 p.m. and/or Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.)
  • CONDITIONING/CORE STRENGTHENING CLASS:
    Required for all cheerleaders (except flyers)
    (Mondays 7:30 - 8:00 p.m. and/or Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.)
  • SLEEPOVER:
    May 22, 2010 - Drop-off at 8 p.m. - Pick-up at 10 a.m.
  • ROUTINE CAMP:
    Sunday June 13, 2010 - 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

    Wednesday 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (Big Floor)
  • TUMBLING:
    Required to attend at least 1 tumbling class per week
  • FLEX CLASS:
    (required for all flyers) Wednesdays 5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • CONDITIONING/CORE STRENGTHENING CLASS:
    (required for all cheerleaders except flyers) Wednesdays 5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

    May 15, 2010 - Drop-off at 8 p.m. - Pick-up at 10 a.m.
